At an altitude of 1850 m, Piau Engaly is the highest ski resort in the Pyrenees. Built at the foot of the slopes, with contemporary architecture completely integrated in the mountain, Piau is a completely pedestrian resort where the services and shops are easily accessible in order to make your holiday run smoothly.
In the heart of a steep range of mountains, the ski area has 65 km of slopes with all levels of difficulty served by 11 ski lifts. From the summit of the domain on the Pic of Piau at an altitude of 2600 m, the slopes descend along a wide crater offering breathtaking views. A large beginners' area has been built next to the village, children and beginners can therefore ski safely. Off-piste areas and a snow park will please freeriders and freestylers.
After a day on the slopes, Piau Engaly offers diving under ice, snowshoeing, an ice climbing session or a moment of relaxation in the wellness centre.
