In the State of Salzburg, in the district of Tamsweg, Mauterndorf is a charming ski resort that has a historic centre dating back to the Middle Ages.
Located at an altitude of between 1100 and 2360 m, the ski area comprises 143 km of slopes divided into 52 blue runs, 64 red and 27 black. The resort has built a snow park consisting of a half-pipe, a boardercross course, kickers, tables, boxes and rails. Freestylers can all get together to share their most amazing moves. The 20 ski instructors at the ski school are there to help you progress in group or private classes.
