A former mining village, La Plagne 1800 is a traditional authentic Savoyard village in the Tarentaise valley. Consisting of wooden chalets and small residences perched on the slope, the village is one of 10 resorts that make up the ski resort of La Plagne.
At the foot of the ski area, you can easily reach it on the 1800 chairlift which transports you directly to the heart of the 250 km of pistes. This exceptional area with wide open slopes is also known for its beautiful off-piste area and its quality freestyle areas. There is something for all types of board sports and all levels of skiers and snowboarders.
Those who love snow should get on the Vanoise Express cable car in order to get to the neighbouring area of Les Arcs which, together with La Plagne forms Paradiski, a ski area with 425 km of slopes. Something to satisfy all appetites.
